These terms cover the AI receptionist service offered by AI Web Tool Service (“we,” “us”). By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Trial and subscription

The service includes a 7-day trial. A valid payment method is required at signup. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription begins at $100 USD per month and renews monthly. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Canceling

To cancel or ask a billing question, call AI Web Tool Service at (916) 313-8648 before the trial ends or before your next renewal. Ask the receptionist to connect you with a person. Cancellation stops future renewals. We will confirm the effective date and any remaining access with you.

Service setup and availability

After signup, call us at (916) 313-8648 and ask for a person to arrange setup for your business. Features depend on your phone, calendar, and account setup. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect; you remain responsible for business decisions, appointment availability, and following up with callers. Phone, messaging, internet, and AI providers may have outages or usage charges outside our subscription.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for having permission to contact callers and for complying with applicable calling, recording, messaging, privacy, and consumer protection laws. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, emergency dispatch, or harmful purposes.

Changes and contact
